Skin brushing, and gentle exfoliation are followed by a full aromatherapy body massage to rejuvenate the mind and senses. Then enjoy a rejuvenating ESPA Aromatherapy Facial designed to hydrate and nourish the face and scalp. Finish your day with the choice of an ESPA Luxury Hand or Foot Treatment. To complete your day of relaxation you are welcome to use the spa facilities, including gym, pool and sauna of a nearby city hotel (approx 5-10 minutes walk away). You will be given full details for this on arrival at the spa.

I don't think one part of me got neglected on this stress relieving spa day! Lets think... I had a lovely foot massage, an aromatherapy full body massage, and an ESPA facial! What an experience!
