A full-day of hands-on private curry-cooking tuition.
This full day curry cookery course brings you six hours of private tuition for you or the recipient and one guest, from Curry Club founder and celebrity chef Pat Chapman. You will learn to cook seven popular dishes from the wonderful world of curries, plus starters and puddings. Lunch is included. At the end you will take home an author-signed souvenir itinerary/recipe booklet and a goodies bag.

The course starts at 10am, finishing at 2.30pm including a short briefing. You will then learn how to cook items such as Garam Masala, Curry Base and a Tandoori Base. Then Prawn Jalfrezi, Classic Lamb Korma, and Chicken Tikka Masala You will then eat what you 've cooked so far. You will then cook a choice of two side dishes such as: Onion Bhajis and Samosas. Finally you will make two Puddings: Shrikand and Fruit Satay.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Pre-booking is essential, all dates are subject to availability. There are a number of good B&Bs or hotels, nearby, at different price points, some within 100 yards. Available weekdays only.

Me and my boyfriend love Indian food so we decided to go and learn how to make our favourites ourselves! The full day curry cookery course with Pat was brilliant, it was wonderful having private tuition as we really benefitted from his expertise. Lunch was included which was great, and we've learnt so many new techniques. Planning an Indian-themed dinner party so we can show off a bit!

You cannot beat a good curry you really can't! We are always going down to the local indian or getting takeaway so this course was great as we learnt how to make all our favourite curries etc. It was not as hard as it looks to make the meals and it tasted delicious!
