A full day of expert tuition from the charismatic French chef

From his delightful 14th Century Hertfordshire home, Jean Christophe Novelli, the charismatic Michelin starred French chef and former star of Hell’s Kitchen, will spend an informative and enjoyable day demonstrating some of his fabulous signature dishes. Students will taste each course, all accompanied by hand picked matching wines.

Under expert instruction and using only the finest ingredients and equipment, you will be shown how to create a diverse range of gourmet dishes. You will be sampling the food and wine as the day progresses. The demonstrations will begin at 11.00 and end at approximately 16.00 and there is plenty of opportunity for interacting and exchanging cookery tips.

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. This is a demonstration class; you will not be cooking yourself. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Courses run on both weekends only throughout the year. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. There will be a maximum of 20 people per course. Please advise us of any food allergies or special requirements when booking. Once booked, dates are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Purchased a Novelli Academy Tasting day for my mother because she loved watching him on Hells Kitchen. Thought it was a really unusual gift and she spent 5 whole hours in his house learning how to cook his signature dishes! She said she's never tasted anything as good as the food Novelli cooked her. Novelli isnt as scary in person as he was on TV. The food was out of this world, truly a once in a lifetime experience to be cooked for by an exceptional, michellin chef. Was a priveledge to be welcomed into his beautiful house for the tasting demonstrations.
