Somewhere between climbing and swimming but certainly exhilarating! Ages from 8.
Everything you were told never to do as a child by the sea! This is not simply swimming in the sea, climbing on the rocks or cliff jumping. This is a novel mix of exploration, adventure and adrenaline at the level you want it to be: from nervous newbie to extreme exhilaration! Coasteering gives a very different perspective on the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline run by Britain 's leading centre of excellence for this funky sport.

L Hutton,
We live by the sea and spend most of our free time there, so coasteering sounded like a new way to do the familiar. Wasn't what I thought it was going to be, there was much more flexibility and activity choice. I abseiled whilst the wife climbed down the rocks. somethign for everyone i think.
Fran Grayson,
Coasteering is something I'd never had a go at before but from the description it sounded like fun! I like watersports so it had that element too. It was the most exciting, challenging, fun thing I've done in ages! Cliff diving and swimming and rock climbing and rock pools and caves and oh its so hard to describe! The Pembrokeshire coast is beautiful though and we must have explored every last inch of it!
