Agenda
Your session will last around 2-3 hours. You will be kitted out in a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet, then run through the basic manoeuvres on dry land before launching in to the river (please note that at the Northamptonshire location the experiences takes place on a unique and challenging man-made course and that this venue is closed November-March).

Your voucher is valid for ten months. You are free to contact your preferred venue to arrange a date for your visit using the booking details provided. This voucher is for one person. No previous experience is necessary. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The minimum age for participants varies depending on location. You must have a reasonable level of fitness to participate in this activity. This activity is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has skeletal and muscular problems, has respiratory problems or has recently had an operation. Please note at the Northamptonshire location there is a maximum weight limit of 18 stone.

I got this for my birthday and it certainly was a different kind of gift! It was surprisingly relaxing and yet the adrenaline rish was amazing. The staff were such good fun, a great laugh. They did their best to make sure that everyone was having a good time and trusted each other when it came to going in the boat. I loved it so much that I am actually doing it again and I'm planning on moving up the difficulty levels.
