Feel the tension drift away as you enjoy a relaxing floatation experience
Close your eyes and enjoy the feeling of total relaxation as your floatation experience eliminates the stresses and strains of everyday life. During your floatation session you will have complete control over the lighting inside and the option to fit ear plugs to avoid any outside distraction. Music will play to indicate the end of your session, which will leave you feeling completely calm and composed.

Agenda
On arrival you will be given a short briefing about floating and have any of your questions answered. To ensure your privacy at all times each floatation room is situated in its own lockable room equipped with showering facilities, for you to use before and after your float. The door to the float tank does not lock, it is motorised which opens and closes at the push of a button. Doors to rooms and tanks can be easily pushed open so there is no danger of ever getting trapped inside.
Notes
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Some venues may offer you a float room rather than a tank depending on which location you choose to go. Due to the saline nature of the solution it is advisable that participants should not shave on the morning of their experience. The benefits of floating are: It alleviates fatigue and reduces levels of stress, reduces blood pressure, alleviates the symptoms of asthma, arthritis and multiple sclerosis. Can help overcome smoking, alcohol and weight problems, stimulates feelings of confidence and well being, and helps improve memory.

This was a really amazing experience. It was so relaxing, I don't know how it works but it just gets rid of all your stress. I stayed chilled out for a good 2 weeks after doing this. I went with my daughter in law, she had just had a baby and was feeling a bit low -whatever happened in that tank perked her right up and she has been fine ever since!
