A day of six driving experience at world-class Silverstone
The driving day begins with the chance to put the Porsche 997 and Ferrari 360 to the test, before trying out the feisty Fiesta ST rally car. Turning your hand to the Lotus Exige, you will experience its sheer power and performance, before sampling the unbeatable speed of the single seater shootout. Moving to the off-road course, you will have the chance to power around aboard a Land Rover and quad bike, before you experience powerslides aboard a Caterham 7 and Peugeot 206 Rally Cup Car. And finally, this diverse and exciting motorsport masterclass ends with a once in a lifetime lap on the Grand Prix circuit.

The Grand Prix challenge kicks off with registration at 8am, followed by breakfast and a brief introduction to the day’s activities, then it’s straight into the action. Three driving sessions will take place before your well-earned two course buffet lunch. Then it 's back onto the track for your three remaining experiences. The action concludes with your chance to drive the famous Silverstone Grand Prix circuit, after which a short award ceremony will award the teams and drivers with the fastest times and performances. Then it’s time to depart, taking with you memories which will last a lifetime.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You must pre-book a date for your experience, all dates are subject to availabiltiy. Once made, bookings are non exchangeable and non refundable. Not suitable for those who are pregnant or suffer from epilepsy or a heart condition. Should your experience be cancelled due to bad weather, your experience will be rebooked. Spectators are welcome for an additional fee of £49 + VAT per person. Minimum age is 21 years old Maximum age is 70 years old. Minimum height is 5’2”. Maximum height is 6’2”. Maximum weight is 16 stone. Full licence to be held for a minimum of three years and MUST be presented on the day (no photocopies). You should wear flat, narrow soled shoes, long sleeved shirt and trousers.

I, Robert Francis Dunkley, have driven the Grand Prix Circuit at Silverstone! I just had to put that in writing to believe it actually happened! The most amazing day in the world ever - I drove a Ferrari, a Porsche and a Lotus, went off-roading in a Land Rover and a quad bike, raced rally cars and even a speedy little Caterham 7! And I drove the GRAND PRIX CIRCUIT!!! (Did I say that already?!)

I got a gift experience voucher for my husband to do 'The Silverstone Challenge' for his birthday. He said it was the ideal gift for him as he's a bit of a motoring fanatic and he got the chance to drive supercars, off road vehicles as well as proper racing cars like in Formula 1. He had a full day of driving and came back grinning from ear to ear!
