The Chef’s Table at Pétrus is a beautiful, air-conditioned area overlooking the central ‘pass’. This luxurious table for up to 8 guests provides the perfect stage for Marcus Wareing’s theatrical cuisine. You will begin the experience with Champagne and canapes. What follows is a truly interactive experience where you will enjoy direct contact with the Head Chef to create a bespoke menu based on the day’s market produce. The Head Sommelier and his team will be delighted to recommend wines from the extensive list to complement each course or take direction from the host as required.

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to contact the restaurant directly to book dinner. Minimum age is 18. Please note that while there is every likelihood that you will meet the chef on the day, this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that extra wine and beverages will be chargeable on the day and a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

I treated my grown-up daughters and their significant others to this wonderful lunch at Petrus. The food was superb, with very attentive service especially in respect of our input into the menu. They also stock an excellent choice of wines.
