The Chef’s Table at Maze is nestled in the heart of the kitchen and allows an intimate group of up to 6 guests a firsthand experience of Jason Atherton’s cuisine. Canapes and Champagne will be served on arrival, before reviewing the menu with the chef who will create a menu especially for your event.

The Chef’s Table at Maze is nestled in the heart of the kitchen and allows an intimate group of up to 6 guests a firsthand experience of Jason Atherton’s cuisine. Dining amidst the action of the kitchen, this offers a truly inspirational experience in a relaxed and informal environment. After Champagne and canapes, you will enjoy a menu review with the Chef based on the freshest market produce whilst directly overseeing the creation of individual dishes on the charcoal robata grill, wood oven or on the plancha. Continuing this flexible approach, you will also be given a tour of the kitchen to see the relatively unfamiliar method of line cooking: a process favoured in many top American kitchens. Head sommelier Laure Patry and her team will impress with wines to complement the stunning tasting dishes.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Pre-booking is essential, all dates are subject to availability. Minimum age is 18. Please note that while there is every likelihood that you will meet the chef on the day, this cannot be guaranteed. This experience is available Monday-Friday throughout the year. Please note that extra wine and beverages will be chargeable on the day and a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

Myself and 5 friends had an exceptional dinner at the Chef’s Table at Maze, from the moment we arrived the service was wonderful and the food was just brilliant. Lovely champagne and canapés to start, and it was great to be given a tour of the kitchen too.
