Muckrach Lodge is a lovely Scottish country house hotel set in the heart of Speyside. This part of Scotland is one of the largest and most varied tourist, sports and activities centers in the whole of the UK, and everything is available just a short distance from the hotel, the perfect place for a Scottish Highland holiday. Relax in comfortable surroundings and enjoy fine Scottish food in the award winning restaurant, a bar that offers a choice of no less than 70 whiskies and a personal service that is second to none. 
Upon arrival at the hotel you will be offered a welcome drink and shown the bedroom that will be yours for the stay. You are then free to relax at your leisure, in the morning you will be treated to either a full Scottish or a continental breakfast. The Hotel is within a brief drive of the picturesque, ancient Scottish castles of Cawdor and Ballindalloch whilst Muckrach Castle stands right next door. There are many attractions and places of interest to visit in the surrounding area.

We like to take a trip up to the Highlands once a year to just unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery. A friend had recommended the Muckrach Lodge to me so we thought we would give it a try. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and we particularly liked the fact the Hotel was very well placed to get to the local attarctions. Will Return.

We had always meant to take a holiday in the Scottish Highlands and when my wife saw Muckrach Lodge we decided to take the plunge! The Hotel is in stunning surroundings We had a very relaxing stay. The highlight for me given my weakness for a good scotch was the selection of over 70 whiskies!
