Very pleasant stay

We spent a very pleasant couple of nights at Riverside Cottage. We had everything we needed and the bedroom and bathroom were both very tastefully furnished. The breakfast was delicious and the host was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us several tips on things to do during our stay in Suffolk. He recommended the Veggie Red Lion (just down the road) for a meal and this was a very good recommendation as we had a lovely meal there

Location: Norfolk Age: 45-54 Bought For Partner Occasion: Birthday
We was told dogs were welcome, but the greeting at the door was cold and unfriendly, the owner showed us to our room on the first floor, my dog was struggling to go up the stairs as they were natural wood and very slippery. The room was basic with old furniture. When we came down the stairs with our dog, we was told he had inspected the stairs and the dog had scratched them and that my partner would have to carry the dog up and down the stairs! We put the dog in the car whilst we had afternoon tea and felt very uncomfortable being in this B&B. We left to have a look around the Town but drove straight home as we both did not want to stay here.. I like friendly, welcoming places to stay.
