Very impressed with the Regency Park Hotel - we had a lovely room furnished to a high standard and the bed was very comfy. Once we'd dropped our bags in we headed for the health club facilities - these were great with a fab pool. I felt very relaxed after a couple of hours there. Our three course dinner was served in the Watermark restaurant which certainly deserves its AA Rosette - our meal was delicious.
