I bought this golf break gift (one night stay and 2 rounds of golf) for my husband for his 50th birthday in July 2010. Although he didn't book it until a few months later, it was booked in plenty of time before the check in date. A day before checking in, he was contacted by the hotel to say that t was overbooked and that he and his friend had been put into a b and b further along the road. I was disappointed as I had particularly booked this hotel due to the facilities and as it was a gift, I wanted him to enjoy a bit of luxury. He did eat in the hotel and played golf as booked, but i was still disappointed that my 'gift' was not what I felt I had purchased. Buyers beware!
