Delivery can be made on the day of your choice, Monday to Saturday inclusive. Standard Next Day Delivery is available to the majority of UK postcodes, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands areas, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. If nobody is available to accept delivery at the specified address the parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the premises. If no safe place is available (at the absolute discretion of the driver) a card will be left a contact number for the recipient to call and arrange a convenient time for delivery or collect the parcel from the courier's depot. After 2 failed delivery attempts your parcel will be returned. If your parcel is returned to us under these circumstances, no refund will be given. Flowers may be delivered in bud to prolong their vase-life. All products are subject to availability and in the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute stems of equivalent value.

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 4pm Mon-Fri for delivery on the following day. Please note you flowers can arrive any time before 8pm.
