Celebrate with this brilliant gift balloon! Your recipient will be treated with a single 'Congratulations' star balloon presented in a beautiful black gift box with lots of blue tissue paper, plus a blue satin ribbon and bow on the lid. The balloon is inflated with helium gas and includes a balloon weight with string. Your gift is sent with a gift card containing your own congratulatory message.

Delivery can be made on the day of your choice, Monday to Friday inclusive. Standard Next Day Delivery is available to the majority of mainland UK postcodes, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If nobody is available to accept delivery at the specified address the parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the premises. If no safe place is available (at the absolute discretion of the driver) a card will be left with a contact number for the recipient to call and arrange a convenient time for delivery or collect the parcel from the courier's depot. After 2 failed delivery attempts your parcel will be returned. If your parcel is returned to us under these circumstances, no refund will be given.
