When you book a table in a restaurant or check in to a hotel, imagine the service you would receive if you were the Lord or Lady of Kincavel! With this gift pack you will be the proud owners of a square foot of the Kincavel Estate, located on the Ardnamurchan peninsular in the West of Scotland, and become the Laird / Lady of Kincavel. The documents have been drawn up by a Scottish Lawyer to ensure they are legal and valid, and each plot bought helps preserve this piece of the highlands in it's natural state!
On placing your order you will be sent two gift packs which contain all the details you need for your recipient to register their titles. Each beautifully presented gift pack contains a presentation certificate detailing the right to a piece of the Kincavel Estate, a “Little History of Scotland” hardback book and information about the estate and the local area including maps showing the location of Kincavel.

As a Scottish land owner, they will be legally entitled to use the title of Laird, which translated into English, means Lord or Lady. Once the postage paid registration card has been completed and returned a square foot of the estate will be officially transferred into the ownership of the new Laird. They will then be sent a deed of ownership inscribed with their name and their own individual plot number and a detailed map of where the plot is located.

Please note that this is a fun gift, and the purchase will not make its owner an instant a member of the aristocracy

I thought this gift was great!! I brought this for my mom and dad for xmas this year. My mother loved it, she works in A+E and worked xmas day, she took the pack into work with her and made the doctors address her by her new title!! it is just a laugh but we have had lots so far with it and im sure they both will find it funny over the year! good job buyagift :)

I purchased this item for myself, when the package was received it was open there on the cover sheet stating how to register the gift, there was no gift pack with the information for registering the purchase of the 1 square foot of land. Also the company never replying to sending me a replacement. It seems like a real nice gift for ones self or a love one if you receive it.
