When you book a table in a restaurant or check in to a hotel, imagine how much better service would you receive if you were the Lord or Lady of Kincavel? The person who receives this gift pack will be the proud owner of a square foot of the Kincavel Estate, located on the Ardnamurchan peninsular in the West of Scotland, and become the Laird / Lady of Kincavel. The documents have been drawn up by a Scottish Lawyer to ensure that they are legal and valid. Each plot bought will help ensure that this piece of the highlands is preserved in its natural state.
On placing your order you will be sent your gift pack which contains all the details you need for your recipient to register their title.


The beautifully presented gift pack contains a presentation certificate detailing the right to a piece of the Kincavel Estate, a “Little History of Scotland” hardback book and information about the estate and the local area including maps showing the location of Kincavel. Once the postage paid registration card has been completed and returned a square foot of the estate will be officially transferred into the ownership of the new Laird. They will then be sent a deed of ownership inscribed with their name and their own individual plot number and a detailed map of where the plot is located.

Please note that this is a fun gift and the purchase will not make its owner an instant a member of the aristocracy!

Lady Charlotte Askey of Kincavel(!)
Well my friends and family all call me Lady Muck anyway so it was about time I had the title for real! I can't believe that just by buying a small plot of land in Scotland I get to be a Lady! It's a genius idea! My friend got it me as a joke for my birthday present - she likes getting quirky unique gifts for people - but now she's paying for it as I insist she uses my proper name!
