A Martian Deed, a registration document for one acre of Mars.
A site map which pinpoints where on the surface of Mars the purchaser’s property is located.
The Martian constitution and bil of rights that details the Martian Laws and the purchaser's rights.
A transcript of the declaration of ownership
A document confirming the purchaser’s Mineral Rights to their land.
A postage paid land registration card
It is not advisable to visit your property without the assistance of NASA or an alternative professional space agency.

I own part of Mars! And not the chocolate bar! The actual red planet! My friends think I'm crazy but I'm now an interplanetary property mogul with my acre on the moon too! A brilliant unique gift and I love it!
