Quality stuff but bad lettering

I ordered this for my fiancé as he's an avid golfer, when the item arrived I was really disappointed with the standards of the lettering, it looks nothing like on the picture. The initials look like they have been put on by an amateur and are in no way as high end looking as the stock picture would have you believe.
