Flights are subject to weather conditions and in the event that the flight is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook. Due to airspace restrictions, it is not possible to fly over Central London, Gatwick, Heathrow or Stansted.

Hi I recently bought one of your plane banner proposal experiences to propose to my girlfriend Karen. Karen is such a special girl that I wanted to find the perfect way to propose. Bought one of your gourmet hampers took her out for a picnic at our local park and as I poured the wine the plane flew overhead. Told her to look up in the sky and she saw the banner saying 'Karen will you marry me?' Perfect moment.
