Fantastic Madrid city break My husband and I have just returned from a brilliant couple of days in Madrid. Booking was easy and the supplier offered us a choice of 4 hotels in Madrid for the dates we wanted; we chose the Hotel Victoria 4 which is actually a 3 star hotel but had an excellent location and we had seen some good reviews for the hotel elsewhere. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly. Madrid was lovely and easy to explore on foot for a couple of days. There were museums, historic attractions, parks and shops to visit and plenty of places to indulge in tapas and drinks. A fab time all round! 23 May 2013
