Single or small orders of gift experience vouchers will fit through an ordinary letterbox - the packaging is slightly larger than that of a DVD.
Larger orders of gift experience vouchers will not fit through your letterbox. If there is nobody at the property to take in the parcel, a delivery card will be left with further instructions.
All of our tangible products (eg: food, wine, hampers, gadgets) are delivered by external companies. Therefore, each tangible item will have its own delivery information. Please check the product details page on the website carefully for delivery information and cut off times. The vast majority of these items will not fit through a letter box and may need to be signed for.
