To exchange your voucher to another gift experience please log in at our voucher activation page www.buyagift.com/activate.
Once logged in you will be taken to a webpage displaying a map and the product information for your voucher. Please click the Exchange button to the left of the screen. All you will now need to do is follow the on-screen instructions.
You can search for new experiences by using the grey links along the top of the page, or alternatively use the orange box above these to search the website for a particular experience.
Please note we can only offer exchanges to experience vouchers, and not Print and Go attraction tickets or tangible gifts (food, wine, hampers, gadgets etc).
