Upon arrival at Newlands Hall, you and your guest will be shown to your comfy en suite room. Situated in the valley of Weardale, the farmhouse provides the perfect base from which to venture from and enjoy the scenic views all around whilst taking leisurely strolls along a network of footpaths. There are also various sights and attractions within easy reach of Newlands Hall, such as Auckland Castle, The Bowes Museum, Beamish Museum, Durham Cathedral and Diggerland – the ultimate adventure park for all ages, where you can ride, drive and operate full size construction machinery. In the morning the wafting aroma of freshly baked bread is sure to get you in the mood to come and enjoy the farmhouse’s award winning ‘Great Weardale Breakfast’. It is cooked using fresh local produce and the farms own free range eggs; it is sure to be a delicious delight. Lockable cycle storage and horse stabling facilities are available on site.
