Step into the exhilarating world of the Segway with a thrilling driving blast for two. This 30-minute taster session is the perfect way to whet your appetite with a friend and experience first-hand what all the hype has been about. Following a full introduction and safety briefing you’ll have a chance to familiarise yourselves with the vehicle’s unique gyroscopic controls before embarking on a rugged excursion around a specially-designed rally course to put your skills to the test. You’ll both leave bragging about your new-found talents and eager to comeback for more!

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available Monday–Friday at either 9am or 9:30am
- Upgrade to a 60-minute afternoon session for an additional charge, please check at point of booking
- Minimum height: 4'4"
- Maximum weight: 18st 4lb
- Minimum weight is 7st 1lb
- This experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant for those who suffer from medical conditions such as epilepsy or heart disease
- You will not be permitted to ride if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- You are advised to book at least six weeks in advance
- You may upgrade to a Segway Thrill or Segway Adventure for a surcharge
- Spectators may be welcome, please enquire when booking
- All dates are subject to availability

Great fun!

Great experience to do with the family, despite us all being complete novices. Good fun and by the end of it, we felt like experts.

Loved it but....

I loved the segway experience but I especially selected buckland Park thinking we would go around the lake but we didn't. We were led into a woodland area trail track where we just went round and round. I would have chosen another venue had I known that. But the guys who taught us were brilliant ?? made it fun and safe ...we paid extra £20 to extend the experience to an hour. I think charging another £20 for photos afterwards is a bit much....maybe £10 and may have gone for it. Thank you.

What a morning, arrived at a lovely country park, met by great hosts and had an absolute blast. Easy instructions, well organised, great fun, definitely doing this again!
For all ages, if you can run upstairs you can do this!

Segway experience at ripley castle was amazing, staff were all lovely and had so much fun. Only downside was limited days to book the experience as only run at certain times.

Really fun experience in beautiful setting

We were disappointed to start with when the venue changed at short notice from 5 minutes from home to a 35-minute drive, but the beautiful woodland venue more than made up for it. Good instruction, fun challenges to get you comfortable on the Segway & create a team atmosphere and then a variety of routes through the bluebells. Instructors always kept an eye on us so it felt really safe. Highly recommend! Somewhere to buy refreshments on site would have been a welcome addition.

Great experience

They say to arrive half an hour before, but after 5 minutes of admin we were sent off to the cafe until the allotted time which was frustrating. The actual experience was very good. The instructor Jamie was fun and clear. We had time to just zoom about in a field, then play some racing games with no hands / crouched position etc which was fun. Then we went through the woods and left to explore there for the last 10/15 mins. I'd say it was a good variety and I would definitely recommend.
