Overview
Held at one of the most exciting gorges in North Wales, you will experience big jumps, toboggan runs, abseils and, of course, lots and lots of fun! Experienced instructors will guide you and your group down the gorge slopes as you get the blood pumping by navigating pools of water and steep waterfalls. It's a super-fun day for the brave and energetic ones among us!

- Suitable for those aged 12 or above and in reasonably fit condition
- Those under the influence of intoxicants will not be permitted
- Please wear adequate clothing and footwear; i.e. Trainers with good grip and warm clothes for afterwards
- Shorts or tracksuit bottoms are recommended
- You will also need sunblock, a towel and a packed lunch
- All safety and outdoor equipment will be provided

Fun day

This was a fun day overall. Be aware though that you are expected to drive 30mins from the water sports centre in Bala, to the gorge in your own car. The gorge itself is great for beginners but there is nothing advanced. A couple of jumps 7m was the highest, and a few slide sequences. Would suit families and first timers. Safety is well looked after and there are ways around every obstacle if you don't fancy it.
