You’ll receive personal one-to-one tuition from an expert instructor as you learn how to control this powerful and unique speed machine. With an hour at the helm, you’ll have plenty of time to push the hovercraft to the limit! This hovercraft flying experience is wet, wild and an exciting day out for all thrill seekers!

What's included?
  • A safety briefing
  • Your instructor will show you the skills that you will need to fly the hovercraft
  • 1 hour under close instruction learning how to manoeuvre the craft, going from land to water and back to land
What do I need to know?

  • Please note that availability is limited on weekends
  • Minimum age is 14 years
  • Maximum weight is 22 stone
  • This is a fairly active experience and you must be able to kneel down comfortably to participate

Hovercraft One to one experience

Great tuition, made to feel really welcome. Also brought a family member who was allowed to get involved. Would recommend to others and am looking to visit again with other members of the family. The venue is top notch and allowed you to get good practice and maximise speed during the experience. Marc the instructor was great and explained clearly what was required to maximise the time in the hovercraft. I felt I got as much time as possible in the hovercraft. Not as easy as it looks which adds to the experience.

Mark my instructor was very welcoming and gave clear instructions on how to 'fly' the hovercraft. within a few minutes I was in the driving seat and away I went. the hour passed very quickly but allowed me to experience the thrill of driving a hovercraft on land and water. I will be recommending this activity to family and friends.

When my wife bought me this experience for my Birthday I was some what apprehensive at the though. I needn't have been. A very warm welcome from Mark, with clear precise instructions on all aspects of the controls and then, engine start, and off we go. More step by step instructions as I progressed. Interesting, some times, challenging course. Then it was over the water... Great fun for young and old-ish... Highly recommended, I'll certainly be going back.....
