What do I need to know?
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Cruises operate on the following dates:
- Wednesday–Saturday from January to March
- Monday–Saturday from April–October
- Tuesday–Saturday from November–December - Please book in advance to avoid disappointment
- Cruises commence boarding at Embankment Pier from 7pm and depart promptly at 7.30pm. The boat must keep to a strict timetable; therefore, latecomers will be unable to board the vessel. Your cruise will last approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes, returning at 10.15pm
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please mention any specific dietary requirements upon booking. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request
- Formal attire is to be worn on the dinner cruise
- Tables cannot be requested but Bateaux will provide the best seats available on the day
- All dates are subject to availability

Unforgettable views

I bought 2 vouchers,all 4 of us was very excited.we got a table by the window,the night London views is something magical.the food was tasty,the live music made the atmosphere very cosy.it was raining a lot so we could take nice view photos from the inside.
Maybe would like to mention that we had to wait quit long for the food and drinks every time,but it’s not the waitress fault,they was very busy serving all the people.i think there should be a little bit more staff.but it’s not a complain,overall very impressed and happy,definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

Jorge was efficient and professional BUT we did not receive 5 corses or a bottle of wine. We had two free glasses of Prosecco. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Sadly we only sampled 3 courses which was not promised or paid for. Disappointing in every respect. The views And crossing and Music was delightful.
