Lost the excitement

Excited to receive the gift.
Limited dates and availability for the flight for our chosen venue. Terrible communication from Adventure 001 to confirm flights due to weather.
Phone lines to voicemail.
Email to automated three day response which clearly isn't quick enough.
Eventually responded via Facebook but was already at the venue to find out the flight was cancelled.
Would be so easy for the company to communicate via text which is an instant method.

50th birthday gift for my partner

Not much availability for this tour could not do in Manchester as wanted so had to do in Essex (West Ham) they fit 6 in the helicopter at a time, so very cramped. Disappointed the pilot did not talk at all or tell us what we was flying over, headset did not work, would not recommend adventure 001.
