Golf Day with Lunch for One at Luton Hoo Hotel 1185040

Enjoyed the golf day at Luton Hoo very much. A very nice bacon roll with tea or coffee to start the day. Then 18 holes around the golf course, was challenging, but a fair test. No bunkers, but quite a few water hazards to try and avoid. I only lost one ball, so did quite well to miss all but one. The package included a light lunch at the Brasserie, which was a good way to end an enjoyable day.

Lovely course and surrounding grounds however pace of play was awful and course wasn't marshalled.

A lovely breakfast start, great service, very good bacon muffin, and coffee, good course, Not at its best due to the weather, but still enjoyable, ( but that is beyond every ones control), Good days golf, Disappointingly downhill from then, in "19th hole", Staff appeared unaware of the system for our vouchers, 20 minute wait to get a drink, our meals, which were EXCELLENT took nearly 1.5 hours to arrive, our partners. who arrived as we finished golf and who ordered light snacks only waited longer, and the orders were incorrect. staff though were apologetic and compensated for the error. It was a shame the gloss was taken off a good day celebrating 4 friends 70th Birthdays by this poor service!!!!.

excellent day out, the golf course was in great shape,we were very well looked after by all of the staff at this venue, all were very helpful. nothing was too much for them. would recommend this buying this gift, suggest hiring a buggy as the course is quite long, this course is not for the begginer

I BROUGHT THE GIFT FOR MY HUSBAND AND SON, THIS IS THE 3RD YEAR IVE BROUGHT IT FOR THEM, THEY LOVE IT. THEY HAVE A BACON ROLL AND COFFEE ON ARRIVAL, THEN PLAY THE CHALLENGING COURSE WHICH THEY LOVE AND END UP WITH A 2 COURSE MEAL. THEY ARE HOPING I BUY THEM TICKETS FOR NEXT YEAR.

this was a golf day , every thing went well all day from the bacon roll to start with .the golf course was excellentt. and the 2 course meal after was also very good, in all a lovly day

Brilliant day. Well looked after from the minute we arrived. Lovely food and a beautiful golf course.

The 3 of us duly arrived at the clubhouse and as we had been delayed by traffic they asked if we wanted to delay tee off so we could have our muffin and coffee, so we said yes. Booked a buggy which they brought round to the front door. Went for our muffin and to our amusement and happiness we were informed no muffins are we ok with bacon rolls! We were of course. Out onto the course on a lovely autumnal day te course was in tip top order and the greens were in great condition. We did explore some unusual bits of the course but fortunately for us there were no Bunkers! However the copious amount of trees especially on the last two holes made up for this. An entertaining round with some good scoring including a birdie for me on the final hole, our winner managing to amass 42 points the bandit that he is! Back to the clubhouse and the brasserie had shut but they sat us down in the bar and arranged for the menus and food to be brought to us. Famtastic fare and the two courses hit the spot. All in all a relaxing and enjoyable day definately helped by the courteous and helpful staff at Luton Hoo
