A little football fan will have the chance to interact with a virtual Pep Guardiola, discover what happens on match days in the home team dressing room and walk through the legendary players' tunnel before going pitchside and enjoying spectacular views of the stadium from the dugouts. They will explore all the exclusive parts of the stadium normally only visited by VIPs.

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Your voucher is valid for one child
- Available week round, year round from 10am to 4pm, excluding Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday
- Last tour on Sundays and bank holidays will run at 3pm
- Please be aware that tours on a match day will follow a different route and may not include a number of areas, including the dressing rooms, dugouts, the tunnel or the press conference room
- As this is a working stadium, tour routes may vary and can be changed at short notice
- To avoid disappointment, please book in advance
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour for admin and ticket checking purposes
- The tour lasts around 90 minutes, including a 70-minute (60 minutes on match day) guided tour and 20 minutes in the interactive area
- The stadium is wheelchair accessible
- All tours are translated into different languages using the latest state-of-the-art media guides – languages include French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, Arabic and Portuguese
- Minimum age: 5 years
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult
- All dates are subject to availability

5 Stars for Buyagift - Relegation for Etihad

V impressed with buyagift and informative tour from staff at Man City. Sadly the whole experience was let down badly by Etihad. Despite the fully booked tours throughout the day of 50 people plus, and a number of workmen on site, there were no toilets open unless you were actually waiting for your tour to start. Cafe was shut and on a particularly hot day there were no drink or refreshment facilities on site for guests. We were directed to walk a 10 min walk along with many others, out of the stadium and across a busy road to the local ASDA to access refreshment and facilities. Own GOAL ETIHAD - showcasing a vast complex with state of the art facilities for your team but nothing for those who support you. We were told that the 'cafe' on site opens during summer holidays but there were still multiple snack vans that could have been accessed if appropriate planning had been put in place. Fans travel many miles/hours to visit as did we. Expected more!!!!

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was much more than I ever thought it would be. the fact that you were encouraged to take photos rather than being very restricted as I have been at other venues

From start to finish the tour was well organised, very interesting and informative. The guides, Cassie and Linda were excellent, explained everything thoroughly, involved all the group, especially the children in the group, all in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and well worth the time and money, well recommended
