Overview

Tour of Globe theatre and tea

The tour was excellent; the guide was clear and interesting and made an appreciated effort to accommodate my hearing loss. The tea was good in a lovely setting; it was more than enoaugh food. I had the vegetarian option which was delicious and we were offered extra sandwiches, which was a treat and which I greedily accepted. The only negative comment I would make is that it might be better to delay serving the tea straight away, certainly until the food comes and perhaps after time to eat the savoury.

Luxury treat with a great view

The restaurant The Swan is wonderfully situated overlooking the Thames with views of St. Pauls and The City. Afternoon Tea was a decadent luxury served by attentive and knowledgable staff.
