Get back to what 4x4s were really built for as you enjoy a thrilling off-road driving experience at Oulton Park. You’ll receive expert tuition, making this ideal for beginners and more astute drivers alike. After a safety briefing and induction to the magnificent Land Rover Defender, you’ll be taken to the ‘nursery slopes’ to learn some of the basic techniques. It’s then on to the main event, as you take on the full course, covered in dips, slopes, water sections and bumps, to really put you through your paces! You will get a full 50 minutes’ worth of awesome off-road driving fun. What’s more, this voucher also includes two grade D race tickets to events at the world-famous Brands Hatch.

What do I need to know?

Really Enjoyable Experience

This was great fun. Everything was explained very carefully at the safety briefing and the instructor who came with me was very clear with his instructions. A very enjoyable part of my 70th birthday celebrations.

This is an exceptionally well organised experience, based at Oulton Park. It is really just a 1 hour taster, but great fun, good instructors and the Land Rover was ideal.

An enjoyable experience

A good experience that would have been better if it had been wetter and muddier. The guide was OK, although advice did not always work (e.g. on wooden poles), which I reverted to my approach, which did work.

A fantastic experience..........great fun!

I was thrilled to receive this experience as a gift, but, using it was something else - with family commitments and shiftwork, it took nearly two years to be able to finally use it!
However, the experience itself was absolutely fantastic and great fun - by doing this, you really get to appreciate exactly how good, and how capable that Land Rovers really are.
The instructor who I had was great - very informative and put you at ease!

I was completely amazed by the way the landrover defender tackled the various obstacles on the course , and more so , by the calm and completely friendly way my instructor , Richard , made me feel both at ease and confident , in driving the course .I can honestly say it has been a very memorable and enjoyable experience . Well organised and professionally presented . Thank you , and yes , I can highly recommend this course to anyone who is, in the least bit interested in driving as they will take home a very special memory of a great couple of hours, it was money well spent . Thank you .

Wish it had been a full days driving!

Really enjoyable, friendly instructor. Driving lasted almost 1hour but I wish it had been for longer. It wasn't very wet or muddy when I drove but there was still plenty of water to drive through. Enjoyed driving over the logs.

Done a few track experiences and really enjoyed them, but I would come back & do this every day. Would love to do a full day. Unlike a track drive, the weather doesn't make or break the day.
The briefing was informative & light hearted, but got the points across. My Instructor, Danny, gave good direction & made me feel like I could drive competently. I think the Landy could have gone around on it's own. Defenders rule off-road!!
