Lamborghini and Aston Martin Driving Thrill for One 10229750

The actual drive was good fun, and Daniel made that happen. I thought the track was way too short and it was so busy with the other cars I didn't feel comfortable out there. But driving the DB9 was superb. Owen (who greeted me) was excellent, but the registration with the taller blonde woman felt really awful. I am autistic, and many emails were sent to explain what I needed to help my visit work well, but no acknowledgement or answer was ever received. So when she constantly tried to get me to pay for the extras and I said no, I felt like an idiot and a nuisance to her. Not a smile or any consideration even after I said I was autistic and was struggling with communication. Such a shame as this could have been a great time, but instead, it was awful, but again, thank you to Owen and Daniel as they were great. The car was awesome, what a drive.

Initial waiting area basic giving start to experience low key, test track was no more than a side road. No video or photo's ready on completion, but no complaints on car and instructor's guidance.

My husband loved his experience driving a Lamborghini and an Aston Martin. But this was marred by hidden costs. What started out as a £59.00 gift could have turned into a£154.00 experience and when you have bought two experiences that’s not cheap. First it was £25.00 extra for a weekend slot, then on the day booking in they offer a £25.00 insurance waiver. You do not have to but your told if you hit something their insurance access was £5,000. So you would be liable for that access. So after all that and you have your experience you are given an SD card for photos and a video from inside the car. Spectators cannot enter the area where cars are due to safety fair enough. But when taking your SD card back to Reception you’re then told. You cannot have one photo there are packages. £45.00 for all the photos and one video, £35.00 for just the video, £25.00 for just the photos. Thankfully my husband being an adult said no thanks, but not easy to do when like me you have a child that really wants a memento of their day. So a great experience but costly !!

If you enjoy driving flat out, in a powerful car then you’ll enjoy this experience. If you prefer something challenging then look elsewhere.

I booked this expensive for my husband. We were told to be there 30mins before. One huge queue which wasn’t going down at all. The guy in front went to the front of the queue to find out what’s happening as both of our drive experiences we’re booked for 10.30am. It’s now 10.15am! He was told it’s ok everyone is the same time!!!!!! Oh dear, well I have to say the staff were all cheery and helpful. My husband eventually signed in and was easily persuaded the pay an extra £10 to go around the track first in order to get a feel for the course. Total waste of money! We were told to go to the drive pit area as he had now missed the driver briefing. Waiting there alongside so many other people who didn’t have a clue what was going on either I then asked a lovely lady in pink and she said to just wait until his name is called. Which we did, we followed the time slots on their webpage. My husband got called for his first driver experience just after 11.30am. He then had to wait again to be called inside the pit area. Finally it’s now 11.50am and he’s off to the car. His next experience was booked for 12.30pm but obviously that wasn’t going to happen so he asked the lady in pink if she could move him to any car sooner which she did. We left the airfield at 1.40pm 3 hrs and 40 mins after arriving for a total of 8 lapse approximately 12 mins driving. It was just so busy and a total lack of information on how this all works. Like I said though the staff were all lovely and cheery. Just be prepared to hang around for sooooooo long!

Venue was hard to find as postcode given didn't even take me there it was booked via car chase heroes and there wasn't well organised at all I had to pay extra to go around the track in a car when on all of our previous experiences I had a proper briefing with the track be explained to me the briefing what we had didn't even tell me nothing about the experience so that was a waste of time and although that my time slot was 11:30 I didn't actually get into my first car to 1:30 and had to wait another hour for my second car there is too many people there not organised no shelter for when it rained and facilities was very basic definitely wouldn't book with car chase heroes again that ruined my experience.

Such a trill would go again

Paid a extra £25 for insurance when I didn’t really need it. This wasn’t explained well enough by the staff. The safety brief was way to long. The cars were old dirty and damaged on the inside, which was a let down. I paid for 4 laps on two cars but only did 6 laps in total, then one of the instructors was trying to convince me to pay for more laps. Track seems really small and in my opinion this is not worth the money it cost for the overall experience.

Lamborghini and Aston Martin driving experience was excellent and well organised- shame there isn’t a venue closer to home, near Glasgow
