Three Courses with a Cocktail and a Side for Two at Marco Pierre White London Steakhouse Co 107101147

Pros: Fruendly welcome & pre meal drinks at bar (we paid extra for) were good. Short wait for nicely located table & both young waiters who served us were excellent. Salmon starter some of the best I’ve had & desert delicious. Although restaurant v busy (3.15pm Sat), our courses were served in a reasonable time .. that was until a replacement steak was needed.. Cons: only 2/3 choices of cocktails incl with set menu experience & unfortunately the glasses arrived full to the brim with ice so the cocktails themselves were watered down & tasteless, Husbands main course of medium steak was cooked perfectly, but disappointingly my med/well steak was very over cooked & very dry. The waiter who immediately noticed offered to replace the steak which I accepted. 25 mins later my perfectly cooked med/well steak finally arrived.. however by this time my husband had already eaten his meal alone, which meant I also had to eat my meal alone .. very embarrassing! Not the most romantic meal we’ve had! The young waiter was very apologetic & advised front of house, who offered a complimentary drink. To top it off, when the bill arrived with the bar drinks, extra sides & service charge, they had added the cost of my husbands additional drink, advising front of house had only offered me a complimentary drink NOT my husband! Such a shame as the food, table location, waiting & bar staff were all excellent ..& had the replacement steak arrived sooner I would have been giving a 4 star rating .. Tips: Ask for no ice in cocktails & don’t ask fir any replacements!!

What a wonderful experience! Truly enjoyed. Food was of the highest calibre with a classyambiencetomatch .and at fantastic value. Would definitely recommend.

food was good, advise you check bill charged for food we did not have and service charge which we removed as our waitress was not the best

The restaurant manager was very welcoming. The food and service was very good. I would recommend the passion fruit and vodka cocktail. The restaurant was quite busy and so there was a nice atmosphere.

We booked a table for a party of 6 for a birthday celebration. The quality of the food at the restaurant was outstanding alongside the service. The voucher was definitely excellent value for money including a cocktail. Delighted with my purchase.

We had a lovely evening my only problem was we had to pay for the sides even though it says three course meal with sides and cocktail

The location is great it's 2 min walk from Liverpool Street. The staff were polite. The food was amazing. My husband said that's the best rump steak he has eaten. Cooked to perfection.

Location was easy to find, arrived early but that wasn’t a problem staff amazing very polite and professional excellent service food amazing overall amazing anniversary as such a lovely meal
