Lovely treat

Staff did everything possible to make this a super treat. Food delicate and tasty, and plenty of it. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a special afternoon treat whilst in Exeter.

Easy to book (had to use this hotel as none were near where we live in Surrey) Splendid Hotel with fabulous waitress who looked after our needs going the 'extra mile'.
Super afternoon tea (took several well packed cakes home) too full to eat them all at the time!

We received this as a gift and decided to buy another one to treat other members of our family. We have been before a few years ago and it was amazing. This time the sandwiches were going a little hard and the cakes were very dry. It was beautifully presented though and the waitress was lovely.
