The afternoon tea was tasty, well presented although too much for us. The only thing that would have given it 5 stars was the lack of staff around. We were given our tea and then left and twice had to go searching for staff to get another drink and butter. After we had finished we were there 1 hour chatting and no one came to see if we wanted anything else. It is a shame as the food was really.tasty well presented and staff when you found them quick and.prompt, polite and professional. In all a really great treat and present. I would recommend

We were kindly given a voucher by our friends for Christmas for afternoon tea. We chose New Park Manor.
We arrived an hour early and asked if we could be accommodated early, we were prepared to wait, but we were given a place within 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We had a beautiful array if sandwiches, scones and cakes and as much tea as we could drink.
It was a lovely setting overlooking the gardens, through the huge windows. It was all very rellaxing and I would definately recommend New Park Manor to friends and family.
The hotel is very family and pet friendly.

Good venue especially for families. Food good and plentiful. Only grumble was had to wait 30mins for the food to arrive to go with the tea, which was served promptly , for our afternoon tea treat.
