We loved it!

We had a really lovely time at the hotel. They were very helpful, helped us with some extra flowers we had brought with us and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The afternoon tea was delicious and the atmosphere and decoration in the room just lovely. Highly recommend!

The afternoon tea was absolutely lovely,lovely selection of sandwiches,cakes and scones. The staff were very pleasant and easy to talk with. Oakley Hall is a beautiful place for any function

Lucky to be gifted afternoon tea here for my birthday. The building and grounds are lovely and the staff, though a little thin on the ground were really helpful and friendly. The food looked fabulous but was very dry, my favourite afternoon tea treat is scones with cream and jam, but neither my self or my guest could even manage a half of one. I mentioned this as we were preparing to leave and the staff gave us 20% off our bottle of prosecco and fresh scones to take home. Everything was very expensive, after paying £35 per person for afternoon tea, they charge another £5.95 an extra round of sandwiches, £45 was the cheapest bottle of prosecco and an extra glass plus a G & T was over £25! We still had a fab time but I definately wouldn't rush back as I have had better food in local cafés.

An excellent experience but do not eat for hours beforehand as you’ll never get through the tea!!!!

The Hotel building and grounds look more impressive than the venue for the tea. It is a nice enough space but looks pretty generic for such a grand building. The area itself was good, without being exceptional. Big various items, all tasted nice, but did not stand out as being exceptional. Service was good throughout and booking was very smooth

Wonderful location and grounds. The afternoon tea was very well presented. A good selection of both savoury and sweet items all of a high quality. Good service from polite and friendly staff.

Venue, service, coffee, sweet treats were excellent. Sandwiches not so good, bread was dry, not much filling,and a few unidentifiable fillings.
