Cannot fault this. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were even offered free cocktails as they were doing photo shoots of them.

I took my sister for afternoon tea at Novotel London Bridge we did not receive a glass of Prosecco, the sandwiches were not very nice the scones were shop bought and the cakes were dry. I

The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, but the afternoon tea was the smallest I have ever had, 3 rectangle of sandwiches with a sliver of filling each. 2 small scones, 3 small cakes. Oh and we had to ask for our prosecco.

The tea was absolutely delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of refills. All.was very fresh. Marked it down as we never received our two glasses of Prosecco!!!!

Disappointed was not offered or given a glass of Prosecco as stated . Had to ask for a extra cup of tea . Have used buyagift before. But very disappointed this time.

We were warmly greeted by Lilli who showed us to a table in the bar as the restaurant had workmen in there. She took our order for tea and coffee and then laid the table with brown paper placemats and cutlery. Mismatching china. The sandwiches were average, the scones were lovely with plenty of thick cream and jam the cakes too were good. The barman came to clear our plates and asked was it ok and I asked for some more tea. We were not given or offered any prosecco. As an experience venue it was very disappointing and I am glad that I bought it for daughter and myself and not for anyone else as I would have been embarrassed. Fortunately this is not the first buyagift I have purchased. It is the first one that disappointed.
