An entertaining and friendly experience, you’ll meet your classmates in the kitchen for a fresh bacon butty each, and get a chance to natter before the experience begins. Head chef Michael Lynch will then take you all through a variety of professional techniques designed to make shucking oysters, filleting fish and preparing seafood that much easier and more effective, handing out tips and advice as needed or wanted. Once the class is done, it’s time to become a guest instead of a chef; a hot three-course lunch and a chilled glass of champagne awaits you in the restaurant, along with a signed copy of Richard Corrigan’s cook book.
