Cocktail and Rum Tasting for Two at Laki Kane 10782564

Good time spent tasting a good variety of rum. The sharing cocktail that followed was a spectacular finale

I initially thought the experience would involve others, and someone who would tell us about rum, but we had a lot of fun guessing the rums ourselves! We definitely got better towards the end! Lovely venue too!

i booked this as part of mine & my partners date night in london. we arrived a bit late but had called to make sure they knew and they said it was no problem, which helped us calm down as we was slightly worried we could lose our booking. We arrived and was brought straight to our table, we was sat underneath the stairs in a corner which was a bit disappointing. service was okay, we at the beginning had a lovely young man, had sort of a short shaved head, he was lovely and explained the experiences to us and brought us all our drinks. Once we had finished the rum tasting, we had sat there waiting for someone to attend to us so we could get our after sharing cocktail but had to be out by 9pm and it was about 8:45pm when someone had finally came to us to ask us what we wanted. we had also ordered food but apparently the person had never put it through! we was sat wondering why it took 40 minutes for fried rice to be cooked but it turned out the kitchen didn’t even know about it!! we was a bit annoyed by that but the nice guy attending to us gave us 2 free tequila shots to make up for not receiving our food. shots went down a treat and we left. overall experience was decent!! only a few faults but it was an extremely busy night!!

Even better than expected a great experience thoroughly enjoyed it - service was faultless would definitely recommend and do it again!

Lots of great tasting rum for a brilliant price. The concept was great. Able to try the rums at your own pace and use the self guide/quiz to learn all about them!

I got this experience as a Christmas Present. The booking process was easy, the Venue was great and staff were willing to answer any questions about the rums. The overall experience was great and the welcome drink was a nice touch! The location was also good as there are other bars and restaurants nearby.

It was a great thing to do as part of my partner's birthday evening and he enjoyed it (and loves rum), though if you're looking for something more hands on or guided, this experience is very much a self-guided so would recommend one of the others! Good atmosphere and the staff were friendly.

Bought this gift as a birthday present for my boyfriend - really nice venue and bar tenders! Lovely welcome drinks and large cocktails to start, then 7 different rums to taste. Was good fun guessing the smells and flavours. Would reccomend
