Fine Dining but one or two issues

Firstly when it came to booking I found them quite rude and certainly took the shine off an evening I had been looking forward too. I was told 3 times that they were very busy and they couldn’t accommodate us unless we were there by 6:45, I said on the first occasion it was no problem as we live close by they were clearly disappointed we weren’t also booking to stay. The staff on arrival and food was good although I had to ask for the bottle of Prosecco that came with our meal when I had to pay the balance for soft drinks and coffee. Overall nice meal but would not rush back given reception when booking. The slightly amusing thing was that they were not hugely busy 3 tables in the main restaurant when we sat down does not really give any justification for the rude manner in which I was spoken too.
