Each cookery school offers a range of class themes , including Italian, Indian, Japanese, curries, bread making pastry and more, so whatever your palette there's bound to be a course that tickles your taste buds! All the equipment and ingredients you need are provided on the day, and you'll get plenty of opportunity to tuck into the delicious delights that you make.
What's included?

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Classes are available Tuesday to Saturday, year round. At least two full day classes run each week
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Each class lasts for five hours, normally starting at 10am and finishing at 3pm
- Classes are in groups of 20
- You will work in pairs and share a work station with each other

Incredible Experience!

Anyone looking to learn somethign new in a fun and friendly environment, this is perfect! I went with my 17 yr old sister who is into to cooking and both of us learned something new and had an amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone and will be going back again asap

We had a great day at the Waitrose Cookery School in Salisbury. Our class was lots of fun and we had a knowledgable teacher. There were 12 of us in the class and we spent a good amount of time with the teacher.

We had a fantastic day at the small plates (meat free) course. Even as a meat-eater (my friend is vegetarian), I really it and was surprised at how flavoursome the recipes were. The course was a good balance of learning and not wasting time prepping; the right amount of food was prepped before so you still feel like you are really cooking and not in a theory class. The instructor was knowledgable and shared lots of general cooking tips aswell. I can't wait to try another!

Moroccan cookery day at Waitrose Kings Cross

Excellent day, starting with a coffee and croissant, whilst waiting for everyone to arrive. We were there to cook : - Moroccan chicken starter with a feta salad, followed but Fish Tagine, Lamb Tagine and fruity Couscous. Two eminent chefs were there to demonstrate how to cook each course, along with humour and lots of tips to ensure we all got the most we could out of the day. We cooked one course at a time and enjoyed eating it with a glass of wine, soft drink or beer. It was an excellent day in all respects and far surpassed our expectations and experiences on other cookery courses. My Husband and I are both only skilled in quite basic cookery and we were amazed that we were able to produce food of such high quality and much tastier than many restaurants that we have eaten out in. This is a testament to the two chefs running the course. Many thanks ! We have been inspired to return for another course.

Great day out for two of us. Learnt to cook three recipes in a modern kitchen with to chiefs on hand to demo and guide us. Ate out own cooking with wine supplied. Great day. Good value.
