As an experienced chocolatier demonstrates the art of tempering, you’ll be enjoying a bubbling glass of prosecco, and then it’s time to put your own skills to the test!     - Covent Garden, selected Fridays and Saturdays 3pm and 7pm, Thursdays from 5pm until 6.30pm
