As we live close to Cedar Court we called in to book and the young man on reception was very efficient and pleasant. When we arrived the following day a young lady quickly booked us in and pointed us in the right direction. We used the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. All kept clean and tidy as were the changing rooms. We then had our afternoon tea. Due to a dietary requirement we asked for a couple of changes to the standard format which were dealt with without fuss and we got exactly what we had asked for. This was served on a mini picnic bench instead of a 3 tier stand. We had more than enough to eat and brought some of the cakes home. We really enjoyed the afternoon and would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a spa day with afternoon tea. All of the staff were efficient and gave service with a smile. We will certainly do this again. Thank you everybody.

Was lovely as a way of getting us out and relaxing! They catered the afternoon tea to our dietary requirements, and the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all great (clean, warm)
Wouldn't recommend if you want *luxury* experience, and the staff confused us at the beginning by directing us to the leisure area even though we wanted to eat first, so we were going back and forth asking where we could have our afternoon tea! The hotel is nice but not glamorous or anything

The spa and pool were lovely, staff were all very helpful and the afternoon tea was amazing.
The tea consisted of tea or coffee three varieties of sandwiches sausage rolls pork pies and cheese twists. Then about 10 different varieties of cakes and to top it off scones with cream and jam. Do much choice and absolutely loads to eat that I has to take some home. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised how lovely the experience was and I'd definitely go back

Spa facilities were good. Clean and tidy. Receptionist very helpful. Afternoon tea was lovely but sandwiches were hard.
