Fabulous place BUT

This is our 2nd visit and the 2nd time we have been oveecharged. Very disappointing as they were aware of our previous issues. Food was lovely on both visits! Staff quite attentive, lovely atmosphere

We really enjoyed our Sunday lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Bar & Grill situated in the London Marriott Hotel. Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend it!

A really tasty meal. The voucher was for 2 Sunday Roasts, however as I don't eat meat and there is only roast beef as an option they allowed us to order for the normal menu and gave us £52 off the bill instead. The food really was lovely and the service at the start was also great. However, after we had eaten we still hadn't had our table cleared after 30 minutes, even though the waitress attended to the table next to us 3 or 4 times. In the end I had to ask a member of staff to clear the table and bring us our bill. Wouldn't stop me from returning though.

The experience was fab and the location (The Narrows) stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and made the experience feel a little bit more special. The manager helped us with an issue we flagged immediately and rectified it in about the same time! Would definitely go here again.
