Great experience / Buy a Gift difficult to use

We loved the experience at the Royal Crescent and couldn’t fault it at all. The food and service were perfect and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend the Royal Crescent Hotel to everyone. Buy a gift on the other hand I would not recommend, the process to purchase the gift and validate it is ridiculous and took weeks. Not sure why the buyer needed to provide proof of address, ID etc, what a faff. Also the experience name is still spelt wrong on the buy a gift website.
