Three Course Meal with Prosecco for Two at Hawkyns Restaurant 10783941

We were given this voucher as a present and were delighted to find that Hawkyns of Amersham was included as a partner. We had an excellent meal for two in historic surroundings. The food was delicate and delicious, presented attractively and served in a veru=y friendly and efficient manner. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

First time visiting Hawykins. Staff were excellent. Very attentive at all times. The flavours in every dish were amazing. It’s quite pricey, but well worth it for a special occasion. We’ll definitely be going back.

Another delicious dinner at Hawkyns. It has become my favourite local! Service has always been good, but the new lady they have at front of house is a massive improvement - she was so lovely and friendly and this is also the first time the bill has been 100% correct. A near perfect experience. Poppadoms are now a £3.50 surcharge, which I thought was a bit cheeky as they used to be complimentary, but apart from that, a top-notch dinner!

Hawkyns is a casual Dining experience in a traditional old English building. The food is excellent quality and is packed with flavour. The portion sizes are really good and the menu offers a good choice, there are supplement dishes inc in the set menu, you defiantly get well fed. Stand out dishes for us were the Samosas, lamb biriyani (supplement dish) and the dhal. Staff were really friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Overall a lovely experience and good value for money, but be prepared to spend a little more than the cost of the voucher to make the most of the experience.

Delicious food , good atmosphere and attentive friendly staff. Would have given five stars but only criticism was the uncomfortable seating . Otherwise good value and a enjoyable evening out.

1 of 2 starters was good, chicken tikka was lovely but the Salmon was a bit bland and disappointing. Main were great but the butter chicken was a bit too tangy. Dessert... chocolate was delicious but the passion fruit creme brulee was way too sharp to finish

Buyagift's part was a bit sour. Logging in for the gift offered alternative venues to that on the voucher. I used one alternative. The venue disputed that I could choose the differnt location. It was embarrassing..
