Overview

This is a restaurant that means business, and pleasure". The Independent

Corrigan’s in Mayfair is the flagship restaurant of Michelin-starred Great British Menu winner Richard Corrigan, and the food, a range of British and Irish dishes, is unsurprisingly excellent. Decorated in the best possible taste, the furnishings convey a sense of grandeur that doesn’t overpower and detract from the food, but does provide a sophisticated atmosphere. This three-course set lunch for two will be a real experience for you and a guest, or for two special people who deserve some time off. Starters and mains offer a delicious meaty option, a fresh fish-based option and a veggie option, so everyone is catered for, and rich desserts include fruit, chocolate and honeycomb combinations.

Amazing lunch
29 November 2019
We had high expectations and it didn’t disappoint. The service was meticulous and welcoming. The food was hearty and utterly delicious. (Have the soufflé if you have time - it’s to die for!). It was a wonderful way to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary.

A Jewel In Mayfair’s Crown
26 November 2019
Corrigan’s is a beautiful upmarket venue, such a treat to step inside and just off Park Lane. The service was second to none and the staff here really know how to look after their guests. As you would expect from such an establishment the food is amazing. We were lunchtime guests and we all have different tastes but whether you choose the Hake or the Partridge you will not be disappointed. The flavours at every course are stunning and this includes desert. The Chocolate Bar will be appreciated by a sophisticated chocolate palette, really fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant for something special.

3 course lunch at corrigans
01 November 2019
We were warmly welcomed at corrigans and offered hors d’oeuvres of olives, Parmesan biscuits and smoked almonds, followed by our starter and then a palette cleanser of salmon and cucumber tartare, our main course, desert and and petit fours The menu covered all tastes and the food was absolutely superb. Highly recommended

Food excellent. Wine very expensive.
24 September 2019
Lovely restaurant, staff very good, not over attentive. Food delicious and at £34 for 3 courses good value. In comparison the wine £49 a bottle was very expensive for the quality of the wine.

Lovely lunch
30 August 2019
Very enjoyable experience from arrival till departure. On arrival shown to the bar area for pre lunch drinks which was was very comfortable although I thought the music slightly to loud and the promised menus failed to appear. At the table we chose from set three course lunch menu which had courses of fish, fowl or vegetarian also would mention that one of my party was on a gluten free diet and only one item on the menu was unavailable to her. Service was good not rushed and serving staff very knoledgable. on the dishes the were serving. The meal its self was excellent and of good sized portions nicely presented and on warm plates. The whole experince and relaxed atmoshere was very pleasant and the three hours we spent there was delightful.

Really lovely staff
25 June 2019
The restaurant is on ground floor level, just around the corner from the entrance to the Grosvenor House Hotel, on Park Lane. Not one of my favourite locations, but convenient for Victoria, Mayfair, Piccadilly, etc. The staff were simply wonderful - very friendly, helpful, professional and not at all over-bearing, so perfect. The modern style of the restaurant isn't to my personal taste, but each to their own. The portions of food were not huge (but, for us "of a certain age" the 3 courses were more than enough to satisfy us. The quality and taste were OK, but I would say leaning more to average than anything special. Again this is all personal, so do go and find out for yourselves. I would agree with others who have said the wine is expensive. A 250ml "carafe" (i.e. a large glass of wine) starts at £20. Beers are more reasonably priced, at around £6 for an IPA, which suited my friend. I am glad we experienced Corrigan's, but, honestly, I wouldn't return. Once again, thank you to the really wonderful staff.
