- Available Sunday–Thursday, year round
- Your voucher may be used for lunch or dinner bookings – the restaurant is open Monday–Thursday: 12pm–3pm and 5.30pm–10.30pm and Sunday: 12pm–10pm
- Side dishes, additional drinks and tea and coffee, are not included and will be chargeable
- This experience is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day

Very poor service and food

The earliest table we were able to book on the Friday was 9:45 pm and we were not able to use the voucher as intended because the restaurant would only honour the value of the voucher and not the offer.
The restaurant was full with tables very close to each other. The wine list was accessed by an app which is always irritating although more so when the first three wines chosen were not available. The waiter was not familiar with wine to suggest alternatives. The first bottle was oxidised and another was provided seemingly without any issue..
When the food arrived the chips were not cooked, the steak was overcooked and full of sinew to the extend its couldn't be cut let alone chewed.
When we complained about the food the waiter agreed that it was overcooked although tried to tell me that the type of steak is always chewy! When I said we will not be paying for the steak, the waiter actually became very stroppy, stopped talking and just stared silently at me. I explained that he should just get me the bill because it was so awful we were just going to leave.
When the bill arrived it still included the original bottle of wine that was sent back.. as well as bread for the table that never arrived.
We ended up walking back to the hotel at the Ned and having wonderful service, great wine and perfect food.
I'm guessing Marco Pierre White has not been to his restaurant in a while..
